weaving colors and dreams

between december the 19th and 20th, 1994, hrh the princess stayed at phu kradueng, loei province, and went hiking to see a variety of flora. on the night of the 19th, after coming back from enjoying the natural scenery and diverse flora at lom sak cliff on phu kradueng, she started painting at around midnight. she recounted, “i rejoiced in the midst of beautiful nature and wanted to paint imaginary flora in phu kradueng. they were not any specific plants.”

she was pleased with her work. it was painted in vivid colors, which she thought matched the title of the book, "weaving colors and dreams", which is a collection of her artworks at chitralada school edited by her classmates at the faculty of arts, chulalongkorn university for the occasion of her birthday in 1995. she gave this picture to be the front cover of the book.
